Domestic & International Shipping

We have Flat Rate Shipping of $8.95 on all orders Australia-wide.

If your order is over 3kg, shipping is calculated at checkout.

International shipping fees are calculated at the checkout.

For shipping within Australia, please allow 3-10 Business days for your delivery to arrive. You will receive a tracking number to keep you updated with all your shipping information.

Returns

30 Days to Return

We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee or your money back. Please contact our office within 30 days of placing your order to request a refund. In order to receive a refund, the item must be returned to I am Empowered. Returning items will be at the cost of the customer. Only the cost of the item will be refunded, not any shipping costs.

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can rectify this issue for you.

Worried you have had an allergic reaction? Please note, you may feel a tingling sensation when you apply the magnesium to your skin. This is usually a sign of a magnesium deficiency or can happen if you have sensitive skin. Watering down the product for the first week (e.g. applying after a shower) or applying over a light moisturiser can help. If this persists please contact us for more options..
