This has become part of our nightly wind-down routine. My son actually reminds me to spray it before bed now. Such a simple, calming ritual.
I love that’s it’s a natural option instead of tablets. It feels so much gentler and easier to use with little ones.
I love that I can supplement magnesium for my daughter through magnesium oil as it’s not easy getting a toddler to eat a range of foods to get enough daily intake through food.
My son knows that when he sprays his kids magnesium oil at night that it’s time to wind down. It has made bedtime a whole lot easier and less stressful.

First time trying magnesium spray and flakes and I’m really loving it, especially while pregnant. The spray feels so nice and calming, and I’ve been rubbing it on my belly most nights as part of my wind-down routine. I’ve also started spraying a little on my toddler’s feet before bed and they actually enjoy it, it’s become a sweet little part of our nighttime routine. The flakes are great too for a nice relaxing bath, my partner’s been enjoying it while trying to help his sore hips!
Throughout my pregnancy I really struggled to find a product that provided some relief to my back pain. After using this oil for a week it was noticeable the difference in my pain, it was finally being alleviated! Another added bonus is that I noticed an improvement in my sleep. I’ve been using the magnesium spray since I Am Empowered first started and we couldn’t live without it! We notice a difference when we don’t use it. It’s especially great for soothing growing pains in my children’s legs too! We love it. And the magnesium bath salts are incredible. So relaxing :)
I’ve been suffering with endo for a long time and am down the path of trying to find natural remedies to help with the symptoms.
