I have troubles with my sleep patterns/hormones for so long. About a week after using this oil, i woke up feeling rested rather than drained. It's also been amazing for ached and pains after moving house. Absolute gam changer!

I have to admit I was sceptical of the effect a spray could have on me but let me tell you - from day one I was sleeping better and from day 3, I had no soreness when I woke up! Will use this and restock when it’s empty!

First time trying magnesium spray and flakes and I’m really loving it, especially while pregnant. The spray feels so nice and calming, and I’ve been rubbing it on my belly most nights as part of my wind-down routine. I’ve also started spraying a little on my toddler’s feet before bed and they actually enjoy it, it’s become a sweet little part of our nighttime routine. The flakes are great too for a nice relaxing bath, my partner’s been enjoying it while trying to help his sore hips!

Throughout my pregnancy I really struggled to find a product that provided some relief to my back pain. After using this oil for a week it was noticeable the difference in my pain, it was finally being alleviated! Another added bonus is that I noticed an improvement in my sleep.
